Kingsridge Park is a 55+ community.

All lots lease for $225.00 per month. This includes all utility fees which pay for your water, sewage, and garbage.

We also require a $200.00 security deposit when the lease is signed, that is 100% refundable providing all conditions are met at lease end.

We invite you to print out an application from this website and fax it to us at (478) 956-4866, or come visit the park and leave your application with the resident manager.
